The Buddy Connect Program
Ages 8-18
Cost: $250/mth
A virtual wellness program for students battling depression, loneliness, or struggling to make friends. Provides 1 hour buddy bonding session with professional life coach. Focuses on building mental health, self-love, self-care, and confidence. Fun game time, mentorship, & weekly check-ins for ongoing support.
Kid Connect Self-esteem Program
Join us every 3rd Saturday at the Missouri City Recreation Center for a fun class of building self-esteem and mental wellness! Students will engage in learning lessons, educational conversations, art therapy, fun games, and more! Registration is required.
Small classes: 10a-11a
Larger classes: 10a-12p
Cost: $75 per workshop
